REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
1. MUST have current Class A License. Candidates without a current CDL will not be considered, as this position requires commercial driving
2. Must have Hazmat Endorsement
3. Must have 2 years minimum verifiable commercial driving experience
4. Extensive experience in transportation, logistics and operations, and proven success in exceeding customer expectations in servicing of an account
5. High level of leadership and communication skills, both oral and written
6. Pre-employment negative drug test and no prior “positive” drug or alcohol test results
7. Acceptable medical exam
8. 3 year DMV printout and clean DMV record within last 3 years
9. Local candidates familiar with the Redlands, CA area highly preferred
10. Coursework in business or related field a plus
11. Commercial mechanical experience a plus
